Through application and colour they have an almost haunting quality as you can just make out the scenery, they appear as if looking through dense fog of a gloomy day. They make me feel sentimental and nostalgic. Simply stunning.

Hope you're all having a lovely lazy sunday. Here are a few things I've loved this week and because I am so darned nice I thought I'd pass them along to share with you...
Beast Pieces - Is the design blog of Studio on Fire; a Design and Letterpress Studio in Minneapolis, Minnesotta. The craftsmanship and beautiful design they produce such as these business cards for Ackmann Dickenson I just love.
Designspiration - I've been addicted to trawling through the pages of image bookmarking site Designspiration, I particularly love the quality of branding images they post.Le Fashion Image - A wonderful dose of Fashion - both street style and designer.
Seabank Selsey - I would love to go here; it's a railway carriage conversion you can stay in that's right by the sea. It's adorable!

Have you all been keeping up with London Fashion Week? I think I may be resenting the fact that I have to be at work this week and keep missing out on all the updates! Though I've been coming home to fill my eyes with the show's of the day.
I thought I would share with you a few favourites of mine thus far... Enjoy this scrumptious selection...

I've been waiting a while to share a recent commission that I've absolutely adored doing! I was asked by Audrey Grace Boutique to illustrate a number of portraits.
Audrey Grace is a boutique pop up shop set up by New York based Jaclyn Bethany, the shop is to open in Jackson, Mississippi, USA in November. The shop is inspired by 60's icons Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly (hence the name!) The shop is to be an eclectic mix of designer clothing, vintage, accessories, jewellery, art and photography. The shop is going to stock some beautiful pieces by Erin Fetherston and Orla Kiely, as well as work by Illustrators including moi and Ismay Ozga Lawn. I know it's going to be a beautiful store with a great concept, I just wish I wasn't so far away so I could pop in!
This first Illustration is of 1960's English model and actress Jean Shrimpton.

Hello to you all... I've seen ever so quiet lately. Just been a busy bee. Holidaying in Florence - The prettiest most romantic city. Do go if you get the chance! Hope you've all been enjoying the last days of summer, I've been drawing away in a bobble hat tonight, so I see winter on the horizon, though that will make it perfect drawing weather!
Anyway back to drawing stuffs... I've been scribbling away lately and while I have to wait a little longer to share, here is a little sneak peak of work to come.
